Rick Murcar is an experienced scuba instructor with decades of diving and instructional background, specializing in building capable, confident divers through practical, real-world training. With over 30 years of service in the Canadian Armed Forces and experience in law enforcement, Rick began diving in 1976 and instructing since 1996. Rick brings a fun but disciplined, methodical approach to scuba instruction—focused on safety, preparation, and performance in demanding environments.
